Caregiver Respite

The definition of Respite is “taking a break”. This is essential to the physical and mental well being for all family carers. A caregiver may be a spouse, son, daughter, friend or relative.

You can enjoy some time out knowing that your loved one will be cared for by an experienced support worker. Respite can provide services to the care receiver; it can involve assisting with activities of daily living / personal care. Respite services can be as short as one hour or a full 48 hours depending on your needs.
